Happy Memorial Day

We have had an awesome Memorial Day weekend. Kids and I started our Memorial Day weekend Friday I took the day off! We took Grandma B to the Dr and that was the fastest Dr visit I have ever seen 10 mins. Then off to the park for some pictures for McKenna dance recital invitations. SNEAK PEAK

Then this little guy came right up to us we were amazed. Then when we were leaving I saw people feeding them. No wonder he came right up to us.

Then we watched the kids swing it was nice just to visit with my G. I know she enjoyed it too she doesn't get out of the house much since she can't drive.


Then off to get Big Splash pictures taken and cups bought.


Little stop to the store to get flowers for the graves and off to the cemetery we went. Grandma B explained to the kids who everyone was. The kids helped decorate the graves it was hot out there. But all the flags and graves were beautiful.

My Grand parents together I had never seen where they were put. So I decided this would be the perfect time.

Got home and the kids swam all night long.

Saturday we cleaned and then we had some good friends come over for dinner. The kids swam again.

Sunday went to church and had lunch with some great friends and their beautiful children. Then I went and took pictures of my gorgeous little niece Piper. She didn't want her picture taken she wanted to be held. So aunt Stacy got to hold her for awhile. AWWW baby then I can hand back!!! We got a couple keepers..

Sitting at the computer Jeff is in the kitchen talking to me and he says Turtle! You see are little friend here escaped for the second time. But we couldn't find him this time. I thought he was a goner got rid of his stuff rock,stick and cleaned the bowl!
Here he comes walking across the floor with a whole lot of dust bunnies attached to him! It was so funny! Wish I had a picture of that but the dog was about to eat are friend.

Then we all swam after dinner! Yes I got into a two piece wouldn't wear one out in public but all my hard work has paid off. Have a little more to go...

We had movie night with popcorn. AVATAR I can watch that movie over and over.


Sunday we just hung out I did a little sewing and cleaning. We ended are great weekend with are own fish fry! Yummy....

< We thank all the men and women that served our country and died for our freedom. We bought a bible in Lifeway Christan book store Friday that is cameo pick. That you write a message in the front of bible. Then Lifeway will send bible to a wife that her husband is serving in the military. We thank the ones that are still fighting for our freedom.
